send us an email and DO NOT GO THROUGH THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.
In case you pay with bank transfer, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!
- We usually ship packages on saturdays mornings only, this means the
order has to be paid for in full within friday evening. If the package is above
2 kilos, it will be mailed the next monday.
- Shipping of all goods will be handled like this:
UNDER 2 kilos:
Europe (NOT including former East European countries), North America,
Japan, Singapore and Oceania: Priority Air Mail
Elsewhere: registered air mail
ABOVE 2 kilos:
USA & CANADA: Premium M-bags
Rest of the World: Registered Economy M-bags
M-bags are guaranteed to reach their destination in 3 weeks max (for Oceania), and are sent
ONLY according to the availability of the bags themselves through Poste Italiane. We are not responsible for delays

- RETURNS are only accepted if the wrong items are sent, or if it is proved that something was damaged BEFORE the shipment
